Where is the check-in kiosk located?
You will find the check-in kiosk in front of the entrance at Karlstraße 42-44 in 76133 Karlsruhe. After checking in, you will receive your apartment address on your check-in receipt.
When can I check in?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.
How does the check-in process work?
First, select your language on the kiosk display and click “Check-in.” Then follow the on-screen instructions. All you need to do is enter the last name from your booking confirmation.
After entering your information, you can review your reservation details and pay directly at the kiosk with a credit or debit card. Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
Your room card will now be printed along with the check-in receipt, which you should read and retain. This receipt contains your apartment address, room number, and Wi-Fi password.
How does check-out work?
To check out, simply place your room key on the table in your apartment and close the door behind you.
