Our main building is located at Karlstor, right in the center of Karlsruhe, opposite the Federal Court of Justice. The apartments are divided into three categories, are approximately 33 square meters in size, and, thanks to their amenities, are particularly suitable for long-term stays as well as short trips. This apartment building is particularly popular with families, as the comfortable sofas offer a cozy living room atmosphere during the day and a place for the children to sleep at night. We also offer baby cot, highchair, stroller and even a car seat on demand! Your kids are highly welcome!

Our long-term guests also appreciate the fully equipped comfort of the apartments – they feature well-designed kitchens, a living room, bedroom, and dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

Within a few minutes’ walk, you can shop till you drop in Karlsruhe – not only in the adjacent Waldstrasse, a real insider tip with its small boutiques and unique cafés, but also in the nearby Postgalerie or the city’s largest shopping center, the EC-Center.
Enjoy the immediate proximity to all the sights of the fan-shaped city, such as the Baroque Palace with its magnificent park, the vibrant market square with the Karlsruhe Pyramid, and the famous Weinbrenner House.

The location of our apartments offers great recreational value and excellent public transport connections. For those arriving by car, parking spaces are available in the courtyard, subject to availability and reservation. Guests of this house can book workspaces in the open-plan office, subject to availability.

By Deutsche Bahn from the main train station:
Take tram line 2 or 3 to Karlstor/Bundesgerichtshof (4 stops, approx. 5 minutes). The apartment building is on the right side, directly opposite the tram stop.

By car:
From Frankfurt: Take the A5 exit towards Karlsruhe-Mitte/Karlsruhe-Wolfartsweier/Rheinhafen.
Continue on the Südtangente and take the exit towards KA-Zentrum/Congress Center/Main Train Station. Follow Schwarzwaldstraße and Beiertheimer Allee to Karlstraße in the Südweststadt district.

By plane:
From FKB Karlsruhe Baden/Baden Airport: Take bus line 140 to Karlsruhe main train station. From there, take tram line 2 or 3 to Karlstor/Bundesgerichtshof (4 stops, approx. 5 minutes). The apartment building is on the right side, directly opposite the tram stop.

From FRA Frankfurt Main Airport: Take the ICE train from the airport to Karlsruhe main train station. From there, take tram line 2 or 3 to Karlstor/Bundesgerichtshof (4 stops, approx. 5 minutes). The apartment building is on the right side, directly opposite the tram stop.
