Our modern Premium West Apartment Building is located in the leafy Mühlburg district, in a quiet location, adjacent to Karlsruhe’s popular Musicians’ Quarter, known for its impressive historic homes, as well as the Municipal Hospital and the State Academy of Fine Arts.

The apartments are divided into two categories and range in size from 32 – 36 square meters. The apartments with balconies overlooking the spacious, green garden are particularly popular. All apartments feature a living and sleeping area, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with natural light and a rain shower. These apartments are also popular with trade fair visitors due to their excellent connection to the Südtangente motorway, which is the fastest route to the Karlsruhe Trade Fair Center. For those arriving by car, we offer parking spaces in the underground garage, subject to availability and reservation.

Karlsruhe’s city center can be reached in just a few minutes by public transport or car and offers numerous shopping and entertainment options. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a variety of restaurants and shops, as well as the Europabad water park, popular with Karlsruhe residents, and the adjacent Guenter-Glotz-Anlage complex with its spacious park and lake. The famous DAS FEST open-air festival also takes place here once a year.

By Deutsche Bahn from the main train station:
Take tram line 2 or 3 to Karlstor/Bundesgerichtshof (4 stops, approx. 5 minutes). The apartment building is on the right side, directly opposite the tram stop.

By car:
From Frankfurt: Take the A5 exit towards Karlsruhe-Mitte/Karlsruhe-Wolfartsweier/Rheinhafen.
Continue on the Südtangente and take the exit towards KA-Zentrum/Congress Center/Main Train Station. Follow Schwarzwaldstraße and Beiertheimer Allee to Karlstraße in the Südweststadt district.

By plane:
From FKB Karlsruhe Baden/Baden Airport: Take bus line 140 to Karlsruhe main train station. From there, take tram line 2 or 3 to Karlstor/Bundesgerichtshof (4 stops, approx. 5 minutes). The apartment building is on the right side, directly opposite the tram stop.
