Information requirements according to Art. 13 (direct collection) and Art. 14 (third-party collection) of the GDPR

According to articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, we have information obligations towards data subjects when collecting personal data. We hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data by us and the claims and rights to which you are entitled according to the data protection regulations. Which specific data is processed and how it is used depends on the services requested or agreed upon.

A transfer to a third county does not take place.

Duration of data storage & right to delete data:

Personal data will be stored, added, and updated for as long as required, with the purpose for which the personal data is collected and requested by you, unless otherwise advised a law, such as statutory retention obligations.

3 years regular limitation period
5 years according to the Money Laundering Act
6 years retention period for business letters
10 years in accordance with commercial and tax law periods

In compliance with these deadlines, we will delete the data that is no longer needed, unless you have given us permission to process the data until revoked. You can revoke your consent at any time.

Necessity of data collection:

There is a contractual obligation for the provision of personal data, otherwise the implementation of a contract is not possible.

Rights of the data subjects:

You have the right

to revoke your consent at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. This has the consequence that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent;
to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can request information about the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of complaint, the origin of your data if it has not been collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
to demand the immediate correction of incorrect or completion of your personal data stored by us, according to Art. 16 GDPR;
according to Art. 17 GDPR, to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us, unless the processing is necessary for the purposes of fulfilling the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, execution or defense of legal claims;
to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, as far as the correctness of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you reject its deletion and we no longer need the data, but you need it for the assertion, execution or defense of legal claims or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
in accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transferred to another responsible person;
to complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR. For this purpose, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence, your workplace or our companies headquarter (https://www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de/).

Right of objection of the data subject:

As far as your personal data is processed based on legitimate interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data according to Art. 21 GDPR, as far as there are reasons resulting from your situation.
